She started playing the horn at the age of 9 and began her studies with Marc Bouchard at the Conservatoire du Luxembourg. She studied at the Conservatoire Nationale R\u00e9gionale de Lyon under Joec Nicod and since 2007 has studied in Basel and Stuttgart with Christian Lampert and Erich Penzel. Milena has played with the Sinfonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie and the Swiss Jugend-Sinfonie-Orchesters.
